Do you do custom pieces?
Yes lots! We specialise in customised jewellery at blackcurrant pop! From slight tweaks of existing products to new & unique pieces, we would love to create a customised piece for you. Email us at blackcurrantpop@hotmail.com to find out more. 
How quickly do products ship out?
Most of our jewellery is made-to-order and usually takes between 2-5 days to assemble (customised pieces may take longer) In stock products will ship out within 2-5 business days. (As of 12/08/2021 we are working on a processing time of 5-8 working days)
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid showering with/sweating in/exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, creams and oils. Hardware may tarnish so please avoid liquids & keep your jewels safe.
Terms and Conditions
Shipping

We ship worldwide. Hair accessories, fashion jewellery, accessories, et.c ship within 2-5 business days of your order. Shipping times are additional to the above processing time of 2-5 business days. (As of 12/08/2021 we are working on a processing time of 5-8 working days) There are no tracking numbers available unless you select and pay for the Tracking or Courier option at checkout. We are not able to track your parcels without the tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please purchase during the checkout stage of your order.

All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail or DPD courier.

We can not be held liable for delays in the postal system due to unforeseen circumstances or issues that are out of our control, i.e. Coronovirus, Brexit, etc.

If re-shipping is required in the UK due to failure to receive the parcel, from DPD/Royal Mail the standard re-shipping fee is £4.50. (i.e. Customer not present/no safe place/no response to correspondence from any interested party, etc.) 

We must be contacted via email within 14 days of the shipment date if you believe your order to be late or missing. Any contact for a missing order outside of this 14 day period may result in any claims not being valid.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Customs only hold parcels for between 3-5 days for payment of fees/duties. Please check your inbox including your spam/junk folders for any customs related emails. In some countries Customs may also call if you cannot be contacted by email. See below for more details on Customs.

Any shipments that are going to European and International business addresses must supply a valid VAT/PID/EORI number, where this is a requirement in the destination country. If not supplied and the shipment is returned to Blackcurrant Pop, the receiver is liable for all return costs.

EU Customers (1st July 2021 onwards)

As of 1st July 2021 the rules for VAT collection will change in the EU. At the point of transaction on the Blackcurrant Pop website, all VAT will be charged applicable at your EU countries local taxable rate. This will speed up the customs and shipping process to you in the EU as any import VAT due on orders less than €150 in value will be paid for at the checkout stage 

For shipments going to a business (B2B) in the EU, the business’ EU EORI and VAT number must be provided to us. The format of an EU EORI is the country code of the issuing Member State, followed by a code or number that is unique in the Member State. EORI formats differ across Europe. This information is required for Customs clearance of B2B parcels.


Some destinations require a Personal Identification Number for the receiver of the shipment in order for Customs to clear the shipment. Requirements and formats vary by destination, however examples include a DNI or NIE for Spain, a Norwegian National Identity Number for Norway or an Italian Codice Fiscale. Please check if this is required before sending your parcel to avoid delays or your parcel being returned.

Returns
Every purchase is final sale, unless the product is damaged or defective, in which case we may be able to offer a refund or exchange. We must be notified within 14 days of the purchase date. Cancellation/Return of an order must be made in writing to the below email address within 14 days of receiving your items. Any customised items are non refundable. Return costs for shipping are the customers responsibility. Returns may be liable for a restocking fee and any fees that are charged to Blackcurrant Pop by customs, agents, couriers, etc will be deductible from your order total once returned to us. Our initial shipping fee will be deducted from the order total if the item is not damaged/defective. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process, once your item arrives back with us. We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted beforehand.
Any returns received that we are not contacted for will be held for 14 days. If we are not contacted within that period, your items may no longer be valid for a refund. Any refund that may be available will have all costs deducted for the returns process including a restocking/handling fee of the original order total.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blackcurrantpop@hotmail.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (when we have been contacted beforehand). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a Blackcurrant Pop Gift Card which will be emailed to you. A refund will be given to your original payment method if any items your received were faulty or damaged in transit. Your refund will take into account any fees, charges, etc incurred by Blackcurrant Pop during the refund/return process. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process refunds before being approved/rejected.
Any returns received that we are not contacted for will be held for 14 days. If we are not contacted within that period, your items may no longer be valid for a refund. Any refund that may be available will have all costs deducted for the returns process including a restocking/handling percentage fee of the original order total. 
We must be contacted before a return/exchange is made, please contact us via email: Blackcurrantpop@hotmail.com before a return is made.
Import Taxes and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any returns to Blackcurrant Pop that are due to failure to pay duties/taxes, etc, the customer will be liable for any outstanding balance and/or return fees/surcharges/duties, etc charged to Blackcurrant Pop by customs, handling agents, couriers, etc. Customs only hold parcels for between 3-5 days for payment of fees/duties. Please check your inbox, including your spam/junk folders for any customs related emails. After this your parcel may be returned to us or abandoned by customs, if no payment is received by customs/handling agents. If returned to us by customs/handling agent/customer or any other interested party, the customer/receiver is liable for any fees/surcharges/costs incurred to Blackcurrant Pop, during the return process. Any refund that may be available will have all costs deducted for the returns process including a restocking/handling by Blackcurrant Pop Limited. Any refund balance available due will be placed on a Blackcurrant Pop Gift Card, which will be emailed to you.
